Congratulations on being accepted as a vendor for our 2025 Homestead Festival!!
Please complete this payment form to confirm details and make payment for your spot at Homestead Festival. Please check all fields have the correct information.

FOOD VENDORS:
The 'Food Court' is our main food area with tables, chairs and live music. Please only choose Food Court if you have a true food truck or large trailer. Generators are ONLY allowed in the food court, not in the field. 'In the Field' food vendors will be placed around the festival for more grab and go food. These will be required to have a 10x10 tent, or small food trailer. Thank you!
RATES AND LOCATIONS:
The rate for field vendors is dependent on your spot size. Typical spots are 10x10 and $250. Please choose and purchase the vendor size you are wanting. You are paying for the spot only, no tent/tables/chairs will be provided. Choose the size you need in the drop down and add to your cart.
Demo Area- Here you will have access to more than a 10x10 area, depending on what you are selling and demoing. Please note: you will be required to demonstrate your skill in our dedicated demo area with other demos around. This area tends to be louder than the rest of the field vendors, as last year we had wood turning, blacksmithing, and more in our demos!
Kid's Area- If you are a kid oriented vendor, this is where you want to be! We have 1,500+ kids a year and they all gravitate here for the bounce house, face painting, corn pit and other fun kids activities.
We will work hard to accommodate everyone's chosen location, but please know that it might not always be possible. Choosing a demo area spot on the application does NOT guarantee this area. Booth placement is decided upon by vendor coordinators and is non-negotiable. If not paid, your spot will be forfeited.
Each vendor will be allowed 3 employee tickets. Additional vendor employee tickets can be purchased for $50 each. Please add those additional tickets to your cart when checking out. You can add more on later if you aren't sure how many passes you need now. Note- Food Truck employees do NOT have to purchase extra staff passes.
ADDITIONAL INFO-
As a vendor at The Homestead Festival you acknowledge the following:
Vendors must provide their own equipment. i.e tents, canopies, chairs, etc
All fees are non-refundable as they are used to market the event
No water hookups will be available. LIMITED electricity will be available. Please plan ahead. NO generators except in food court.
Vendors to be fully set up by 7am on Friday, and are expected to attend all day Friday and Saturday.
Live animal sales are NOT allowed.
There is NO vendor camping/tent camping. If vendors want to stay on the property, they have to purchase an RV pass.
Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it after the event. Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee.
The vendor fee allows me and my staff to stay and watch both evening's entertainment.
