Sourced as chicks from Murray McMurray Hatchery, these birds are raised on our open pastures, enjoying daily rotations to ensure they always have access to fresh pasture, air, and sunlight. From pasture to plate, we prioritize their well-being, handling all processing and packaging right here on the farm to minimize stress and ensure the highest quality product.

Our Cornish Cross Meat Chickens are offered a supplement of NON-GMO feed from a local farm, complementing their diet of grass, bugs, worms, and more found on the pasture. Unlike conventional store chicken injected with water, sodium, or preservatives, our meat requires 2-3 days in the refrigerator to thaw and cooks best with more moisture and lower heats.
