Here at Hardison Mill Farm we raise South Poll cattle, a breed perfectly suited for Tennessee's climate. Our cattle are raised on our spacious fields, and enjoy daily rotations through our pastures, where they graze on lush, natural grasses, resulting in a richer and more complex flavor.
Our commitment to 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef results in exceptional quality beef that stands out. Plus, our grass-fed beef is higher in beneficial nutrients and lower in unhealthy fats, ensuring a healthier option for you and your family. From savory steaks to hearty roasts, each cut is packed with a rich flavor and tenderness that's unmatched.
We're currently taking deposits for beef ready in the summer of 2024, as well as the following year's spring, summer, and fall months.

Final costs and average pounds are as follows:
- Whole Cow ($3,000) : 330 - 350 lbs
- Half Cow ($1650) : 160 - 180 lbs
- Quarter Cow ($900) : 80 - 100 lbs
THIS IS A DEPOSIT
- Above you will choose the size of share you would like (available is QUARTER, HALF & WHOLE), and choose the preferred pick up season, depending on availability.
- You will then continue to checkout and pay your deposit which will reserve your share of a cow. We will send you a cut sheet where you can customize the specific cuts that work best for your family.
- We will drop off and pick up from the processor, and contact you to schedule a pick up date here on the farm. On that date, you will pay the remaining fee minus your deposit.
- We will accept Cash or Venmo for the remaining balance.
As the month you have chosen draws near, we will send you an email confirming an exact pick up date and time.
